Author Guidelines

All information about submission, formatting, and the review process for your paper

Paper Submission

Conference participants submit an original paper that has not been previously published. The paper is submitted through the electronic submission system.

  • The paper must be formatted according to the template available in the left-side menu after logging into the system.
  • One author may submit a maximum of two papers and may be the first author on only one.
  • Authors sign an authorship declaration assuming full responsibility for originality, citations, and results.
  • The first author is also the corresponding author.
  • All authors of the paper will be notified by email about the submitted paper, and by signing confirm their consent to be authors of the paper.
  • Papers may be written in the native language or in English.

  • If you have previously created an account for submitting papers through the electronic system for the Proceedings, you can use the same account.
  • If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the link on the login page.
  • If you do not have an account, create one on the login page.

All submitted papers undergo a review process.

Submission

Submit your paper through the electronic system by
July 10, 2026.

Review

Papers are evaluated by reviewers from the relevant field

Notification

Acceptance notification is received by
August 14, 2026.

Presentation

Accepted papers are presented orally in the appropriate session or online.

Publication and Certificate

  • Submitted papers will be published in the STEPS 2026 Conference Proceedings after review and acceptance decision.
  • All participants who present their paper at the conference will receive a certificate of participation.
