Academy employees are exempt from paying the registration fee for conference participation, and travel and accommodation costs are covered from the budget for the promotion of scientific research activities.

By paying the registration fee, each conference participant is provided with

  • Conference kit.
  • Publication of the paper in the Proceedings in printed and online version.
  • Certificates of participation for authors and co-authors.
  • Cocktail and participant networking.
  • Participation in the PUB quiz.
  • Conference party.
